For a quick try:
-Download and install BDReader
-Launch BDReader and Open a comic file (pdf, cbr, cbz ...)
-Switch to Panel mode (Navigation->Panel mode or press c)
-Navigate through your comic using the left and right arrows or your mouse wheel
