Open1X is an open source implementation of the IEEE 802.1X protocol. This project includes support for the supplicant, while other projects (e.g., FreeRADIUS) provide support for the authentication server.

This project now hosts the third-generation of Java SSH API, Maverick Synergy. This API builds on the Maverick Legacy commercial APIs and delivers a new API in a unified client/server framework. This API is available to the community under the LGPL open source license. This update includes ed25519 support, support for the new OpenSSH private key file format and stronger key exchange algorithms. The project continues to host both the original API and legacy applications created around it, however, these are now considered deprecated and we do not recommend their use in anyway.

Netdiscover is a network address discovering tool that was developed mainly for those wireless networks without DHCP servers, though it also works on wired networks. It sends ARP requests and sniffs for replies.

The tools make low-level operating system analytics and monitoring both performant and intuitive. Osquery exposes an operating system as a high-performance relational database. This allows you to write SQL queries to explore operating system data. With osquery, SQL tables represent abstract concepts such as running processes, loaded kernel modules, open network connections, browser plugins, hardware events or file hashes.Osquery queries your devices like a database. Osquery uses basic SQL commands to leverage a relational data-model to describe a device. Frequently, attackers will leave a malicious process running but delete the original binary on disk. This query returns any process whose original binary has been deleted, which could be an indicator of a suspicious process.
