An unix command line "du" with colors
cdu (for Color du) is a perl script which call du and display a pretty histogram with optional colors which allow to imediatly see the directories which take disk space. With no arguments, cdu reports the disk space for all subdirectories of the current directory. With only one directory argument, cdu reports the disk space for all subdirectories of the given directory. You can also call du with no predefined options. Find whether a KEGG module is complete in a proteome
Given module definitions and reaction information based on a KEGG database, modDFS does a depth first search to find whether a set of KOs are sufficient for completion of a module. For cases where only 1 absent KO would've been enough for module completion, that module is reported to be complete(only lenient). For cyclic modules, completion is defined as having all the module reaction steps present. Again, lenient completion cases are reported. Also, all absent reactions are reported so that a manual inspection of completion can be done for modules that are parially cyclic. -

The letters for [θ] and [x] have two different shapes in the manuscript, so I have added one of each of them into the Private Use Area. Most of ligatures encountered in the manuscript have been mapped as well in the Private Use Area range. The punctuation of the manuscript includes only two signs from the Avestan Unicode range: the centered period and the so called "large two dots over one dot", so only these two signs were mapped in the font. -
