A disassembler for the linux platform. Currently this supports x86 ELF files assumed to be written in C and output to intel- syntax assembly language; however the design is modular and replacements for any of these can be written.

A framework for creating freeware Truetype fonts based on Metafont language. Glyph outlines and bitmaps are converted, using a number of utilities, into TTF and BDF format.

We developed a novel clustering-free method, microarray-associated motif analyzer (MAMA), to predict novel cis-acting elements based on weighted sequence similarities and gene expression profiles in microarray analyses. Simulation of gene expression was performed using a support vector machine and based on the presence of predicted motifs and motif pairs. The accuracy of simulated gene expression was used to evaluate the quality of prediction and to optimize the parameters used in this method. NavDB is aimed at providing a database or means of creating a database of vector data representing U.S. Roads. The goal is to provide a versatile datasource for GPS Navigation software.
