RLaB is an interactive, interpreted scientific programming environment which provides fast prototyping and program development. Its syntax is a combination of c (curly brackets for blocks of statement, some statements) and fortran/matlab (c) (indexing of arrays starts from 1, naming of the functions). Project rlabplus provides second update to RLaB2 and third release RLaB3 of the environment for 32- and 64-bit linux systems.

...While Wang 700 were just programmable calculators, Soviet machines were almost complete computers taking into account their advanced CPU command set, huge RAM volume, ability to work with wide set of peripheral devices including the video terminal 15IE (15ИЭ) and existence of BASIC and other programming languages written as loadable applications. Still I consider them as calculators also due to some aspects exclusively specific to calculators. The project is intended for research and education purposes. -

This is an ooRexx line-by-line port from Ansi-C to ooRexx of the stemming routine published by Martin Porter 1980. The original source code from Porter has been commented out and emulated by the corresponding (oo)Rexx code as far as possible.
