An open-source free cross-platform multi-protocol VPN program, as an academic project from University of Tsukuba, under the Apache License 2.0. The API Suite allows you to easily develop your original SoftEther VPN Server management application to control the VPN Server (e.g. creating users, adding Virtual Hubs, disconnecting a specified VPN sessions) from JavaScript, TypeScript, C# or other languages. Poptop is an open source implementation of a PPTP server. Running under x86 or embedded Motorola ColdFire architectures Poptop provides full interoperability with the Microsoft PPTP VPN client.

c-icap is an implementation of an ICAP server. It can be used with HTTP proxies that support the ICAP protocol such as the Squid 3.x HTTP proxy server to implement content adaptation/filtering services.

SSHGuard protects hosts from brute-force attacks against SSH and other services. It aggregates system logs and blocks repeat offenders using several firewall backends, including iptables, ipfw, and pf.

ModSecurity is a web application firewall that can work either embedded or as a reverse proxy. It provides protection from a range of attacks against web applications and allows for HTTP traffic monitoring, logging and real-time analysis.

tcpick is a textmode sniffer; it tracks tcp streams, shows the status, reassembles and saves the data captured in files or displays them in the terminal in different modes (ascii, hex..). There is a color-mode. Useful to get files passively.

tcpreplay is a suite of tools to edit and replay captured network traffic.

Mod_auth_kerb is a module that provides Kerberos user authentication to the Apache web server. It allows to retrieve the username/password pair, and also supports full Kerberos authentication (also known as Negotiate or SPNEGO based authentication).

SSLScan queries SSL services, such as HTTPS, in order to determine the ciphers that are supported. SSLScan is designed to be easy, lean and fast. The output includes prefered ciphers of the SSL service, the certificate and is in Text and XML formats.

CacheGuard Gateway is a free and open-source Unified Threat Management (UTM) solution, a Web Application Firewall (WAF), and a Quality of Service (QoS) platform designed to optimize WAN traffic. To obtain a CacheGuard Gateway appliance, download CacheGuard-OS and install it on the bare-metal or virtual machine of your choice. It’s that simple and completely free. The UTM includes a firewall, web antivirus, VPN server, and a URL-filtering and SSL-inspection web proxy. The WAF operates in conjunction with a reverse proxy, web application load balancer, and SSL offloader, and is capable of blocking malicious requests as well as traffic from IP addresses with poor reputations. axTLS is a TLSv1 SSL library designed specifically for embedded devices, with a highly configurable interface for small memory footprints.

HPN-SSH is a series of performance patches for OpenSSH. By addressing network limitations and CPU limitations significant throughput performance can be realized. Gains of close to two orders of magnitude are possible on long fat network paths. The official git repo is now available at http://github.com/rapier1/openssh-portable. The Sourceforge repository should not be seen as the canonical repository for HPN-SSH. We will update it as we can but users should look to github to generate patches We also support Ubuntu packages. zssh (Zmodem SSH) is a program for interactively transferring files to/from a remote machine while using the secure shell (ssh). It is intended to be a convenient alternative to scp, avoiding the need to re-authenticate each time a file is transferred.
