PHPRPC is a Remote Procedure Calling (RPC) protocol that works over the Internet. It is secure and fast. It has a smaller overhead. It is powerful and easy to use. This project is the client and server implementations of the PHPRPC.

EXITO-Narrator is a web-based exercise management tool, which focuses on the story-telling aspect of a scenario, and is therefore particularly adept at driving high level political exercises. In its typical use, Narrator presents the scenario to players as a synchronised sequence of media-rich “briefings”, to feed the decision making process. The Narrator Moderator, a specific user part of the executing team, is in charge of deciding which is the ‘current’ active briefing at any point in time. The moderator alone decides where the players are located along the exercise timeline. Narrator also captures “status reports” from users in the form of timestamped contextual feedback. Narrator is developed by the European Commission's Joint Research Centre (JRC)

The project will integrate viable aspects of the semantic web technologies for use with advanced Semantic SQLCLI based XML DBMS. The purpose of this project is develop a GUI Application for a Suite of ECM Services.
