There is no 'configure' so it is not possible to build on e.g. Fedora.

As it stands, this is a feature request, not a bug report. Are you
experiencing problems compiling the code with
make toadflax
or
make toadflax2

on Feodora ? If so, then please add the output to this ticket.

fixed it so that it builds abcm2psC (the abcCairo executable).
