Lots of Changes

folgers and maxwell house releases have now been moved to different branches. The SVN repository works now. We're about 20 revisions past maxwell house, so get the code from the repository.

Currently, the alesimulator has been hijacked by an attempt to implement my ad hoc networking discovery and link assignment algorithm. So most of the changes in the main trunk are related to that, as I move more stuff over from alesim ansim.

Folgers Update 04-19-06

Revision twelve of folgers has been released. Right now, the default board contains no carnivores, just Yellow Algae (stars) and Terramecium (the funky looking blue guys). The basic interplay is that the Terramecium consume Yellow Algae and Oxygen and produce nutrients, while the Yellow Algae consume nutrients and produce oxygen. Dead creatures also add nutrients to the water.

If the environment is favorable, reproduction rates increase greatly, which leads to some major instabilities in the system. Alesim a lot more fun to watch now.... read more

New Release

The macAles release is up. We are still in Alpha mode, so basically, the Mac release is just the standard release with the org.jdesktop gui disabled.
