I have started work on kelp, the minimalist c source code documentation system.

kelp will be released soon.

From the README.txt file:

It is targetted at C source code identifiers (variables, functions etc) enabling documentation of code to
be stored separately in a <modulename>.doc file.

I recognise the value of having more extensive documentation for code, especially when the use of that code may not be immediately apparent,
but I also believe mixing documentation with code is detrimental to the ability to browse code.... read more

This is a patch that transforms the source of ucspi-tcp-0.88 into the latest development source of ucspitcpw, the Win32 port of ucspi-tcp.

After a long delay development has finally recommenced on this project.
The project's homepage will be updated to reflect these changes.

The first alpha release, which shows to potential users what the patch looks like, is now ready.
