I have started work on kelp, the minimalist c source code documentation system.
kelp will be released soon.

It is targetted at C source code identifiers (variables, functions etc) enabling documentation of code to
be stored separately in a <modulename>.doc file.
I recognise the value of having more extensive documentation for code, especially when the use of that code may not be immediately apparent,

This is a patch that transforms the source of ucspi-tcp-0.88 into the latest development source of ucspitcpw, the Win32 port of ucspi-tcp.

After a long delay development has finally recommenced on this project.
