#117 Guitarix Presets not Working
When trying to select presets in the preset menu in the Guitarix GUI, the menu minimises and the preset remains unselected. This issue has only appeared recently, after installing fedora 33. This has not been remedied by reinstalling Guitarix. Any clues as to how this would be solved would be appreciated.

So I guess you could fix it by build guitarix from git, if that fix your issue, you may forward the bug to your distribution so that they could patch there version to fix it for all fedora 33 users.
Hello mate, thanks for the reply. The solution in that thread, using the keyboard to select presets, works on this system, so thank you. It should be noted that i can select no presets, not even user presets, though I suspect this is probably an artifact of where the setting was in the last run of the program. I will throw this up to the fedora people and see what they say. Is there anything I can change in glade guitarix code in my local gx_head folder? Or do i have to compile from source?
No, this needs a change in the code so only compile from source could fix it.
When you report it to the fedora maintainers, point them to the commit I mention above, so they could patch the fix in there sources.
