Need to re-review how Ivy is being used. It is unclear, for example, if performing this:

<ivy:resolve type = "jar" file = "${keros.ant.HOME}/ivy.xml"/>
<ivy:retrieve type = "jar" file = "${keros.ant.HOME}/ivy.xml" pattern = "${keros.dependency.HOME}/[artifact].[ext]"/>

Much work is accomplished by Ivy - even for short runs...
