#98 Update documentation based upon bug #2590414
When bug #2590414 (http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=2590414&group_id=214037&atid=1028078) is completed, documentation needs to be written to addresds all the changes.
For example:
- ref-id's for paths are defined using the ${} notation. So when referring to the ref-id we use ${some-ref-id} notation vs some-ref-id notation.
- project types are now broken out in such a way as to truly be modular and includable.
- keros-project.xml is solely a template of a build environment.
Additionally need to denote changes to properties.
