When change the name from .htm to .hta and opening it on windows PC. the message " Not yet implemented" is shown.
actions:
1. open file
2. select a link in navigation pane belows "test cases"
3. now check you see menu on top: lock/unlock
4. click that link and message is shown

note: keep in mind that initially the "Lock" is shown which functions.
