Aplinfo is a tool that really allows to develop quality software in short time, is incredibly versatile and brings everything, you only need to worry about in the generation of java code for the course of business and not have to worry about in detail like to develop security systems and methods of design of screens, is very friendly and I recommend it widely so we are currently using for the development of municipality management systems.
