Avalanche Toolkit can dump the SAM with several tools, and then decrypt it (only in full version a.k.a. Ultimate). It is coded in Visual Basic 6, JS and Batch, so it's compatible with all Windows versions. Thanks for using an Avalanche Software ! ;)
