INRETE-PEC was a working solution to manage a Certified E-Mail System (in italian "Posta Elettronica Certificata" or PEC) as required by the Italian law of year 2000 "DPR 28 Dec 2000, n 445". Has been obsoleted by the new laws of year 2005.
