Easy installation and very good integration into websites. I use it in my "Web cookbook" on kochen.joachim-gabel.de (Sorry, only in German). To the support ranking I can't really say anything ... I just never needed it.

Very simple to install and use. It is also very flexible and easy to embed in websites.
