    Pros: Nothing - scammers. They give you pennies on the dollar for gift cards and they don't let you send to the US. Money only good in Nigeria.

    Cons: Stole my gift card by exchanging it for Nigerian money. Unless you have a bank account in Nigeria, you're screwed.

    Overall: AWFUL! They are scammers. Run away and do not use them. Zero customer service. Website should be blocked

    "Not a good experience. "

    Pros: When I first came on an operator answered within minutes and seemed very easy to work with. Things went downhill from there.

    Cons: Total scam. They took all of the info, told me the money would be on Venmo within 30-40 minutes, then claimed the card was never activated owing me 138 dollars. I provided proof of activation, then they kept me on hold in chat for hours. I have tried calling, giving them my number to call me, email and chats over 50 times with no response ever. TOTAL SCAM

    Overall: A terrible experience and out 138 dollars. They refuse to respond to messages, emails, phone calls, etc.
