    Pros: Seamlessly merges with Microsoft Environments. The system is also easy to setup. It is easy to build on the system using other products in the Office 365 platform.

    Cons: Sign-Off / Approval module in the works and therefore customized code using power automate will have to be used.

    Overall: Great piece of software that blends seamlessly into our environment. It also allows the software developers in our environment to further develop features for themselves.
