    Pros: The platform is the only one on the market that combines EMR, Custom built forms, photos, scheduling, SMS reminders, payments and lead generation and CRM - i replace 5 solution providers, saved over $5k a month by switching to BoomerangFX - and my clinic finally started growing.

    Cons: No issues thus far. The team was helpful every step of the way during the onboarding process which took 2 weeks.

    Overall: Excellent services, dedicated customer success manager meets with me weekly, our practice has grown by over double in 3 months and retention and automation is finally making it effortless to grow my business.

    Pros: The BoomerangFX platform shows promise. However the team's handling of it, and the lack of standard features, drags it down.

    -Lack of Common Sense Features
    -Automatically shifting calendar parameters
    -Lead Management is cumbersome and outdated
    -Mysterious Financial Charges
    -Constant Overcharging

    Overall: We had a terrible experience with BoomerangFX. We were overcharged constantly, and Jacqueline's team failed to deliver any quality results whatsoever. We do not recommend in the slightest.
