    "Just what we needed "

    Pros: We like the ease of use, there wasn’t much of a learning curve.
    We really like the service part of it. Especially the time tracking and also the service report that is attached to the invoices.

    Cons: There not much to complain about! I guess maybe the invoicing could be improved a little bit. It would be nice to be able to download a material list and the repair library could be updated so we could have labor and materials breakdown for each repair.

    Overall: We are a commercial roofing company and we needed a software that was able to generate and organize all of our roof reports from our service & maintenance clients.
    With it being able to do so much more, running service tickets and roof inspections are a dream now!

    Cons: Customized reporting, however with the most recent update the reporting is user friendly and gets us the information that we need. Good job team!!

    Overall: New features and enhancements are implemented regularly, many of which clearly reflect user feedback and a genuine desire to streamline roofing workflows. It’s clear they’re not just maintaining a product—they’re actively innovating it.

    Pros: Great team to work with! We switched our system to CenterPoint in July and while it has been a learning curve for our team, everyone at CenterPoint has been wonderful. They answer all of our questions, walk us through the best way to do things and have helped streamline our day to day activities in the office. Dylan has been working with us and training us how to use their system. They aren't the type of company to onboard you and let you figure it out yourself, they are with you the entire way.

    Cons: There isn't much we don't like, as if we suggest something to change the team is very positive and usually take it into consideration - they are all about making the best platform for all users.

    Overall: Experience has been great! Felt supported through the transition and felt like our opinions mattered.

    Pros: This CRM is a one stop shop for client management as well as the workflow design being very user friendly. CenterPoint Connect is an extreme upgrade to anything I have ever seen for Client interaction and internal features world of commercial roofing.

    Cons: It is not an accounting software but does have options for integration.

    Overall: 100% satisfied with the product and the customer support team is top notch. Very easy to understand training tools online when you have new employees to train on specific tasks.

    Pros: I really appreciate how the Centerpoint team has delivered on everything they said they would and more. The tech support is better than our own IT team, training is ALWAYS readily available, and I personally have learned so much from the webinars and training sessions that Centerpoint hosts.

    Cons: The updates could have used more explanations. Bring back the old camera!

    Overall: I have rolled out several applications in my career, and so far, Centerpoint has been the largest integration and also the most seamless thanks to the support of the CP team. Our overall experience has been great!

    Pros: The ease of an all in one system, that our entire team is able to work in. Very modern and easy to operate.

    Cons: Picture taking at first, but they have since made updates and continue to make great changes.

    Overall: We are able to run the service department, sales and production all out of one place. Make's communicating and operating very easy.

    Pros: All in one system (CRM, Production Management, Service Management, Invoicing, Ticketing, etc).

    Cons: We couldn't import everything from our old system.

    Overall: It has been a great experience from start to finish. From the time we signed on, to implementation, to training, to support, to day to day use, the CenterPoint team has gone above and beyond to make everything as easy as possible.     Pros: The access we have to the Centerpoint team, the software’s functionality, our reports looks amazing as well as the battle stats tab helps keep me motivated!

    Cons: Would recommend a white board type tab that shows jobs under different stages in sequential order. Other than that there is no cons to the programs.

    Overall: My sales have grown 10x because the way I can present my proposals and keep tabs with opportunities.

    Cons: Some reports are not easily captured
    Some features don't "talk" to other features causing double entry

    Overall: Centerpoint Connect is a game changer! DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS CRM! It has been the number one guiding, and driving, force in bringing together everyone in our department. We're now all on the same page and have access to all the same information and dispatches so there is no guess work. We are overall 100% more organized and efficient than we've ever been. It's gone so well that we're now expanding it to other departments in the company!

    Cons: Not many cons with this system. Sometimes photos don't upload but they may be a wireless service issue.

    Overall: Great front end software! Integrations are flawless. Scheduling techs never made easier. Tracking cost in tickets and projects made easy. The mobile app for inspections and tickets beats competitors for sure! Excited for years to come!

    Pros: The software is so simple. Our techs don’t have time to mess with their phones and iPad. This software keeps them off the device and servicing our clients while giving the back office what they need.

    Also, updates are occurring all the time. The software is constantly evolving and getting better. Sometimes the updates are things we didn't even know we wanted. They also take recommendations from their clients into consideration.

    Cons: No specific cons that doesn't exist in other software as well.

    Overall: Overall great experience with the software and team. Implementation was easy and adoption was quick.

    Pros: Easy-to-use software that allows technicians of any age to accurately document repairs and mark their locations. This program keeps thousands of past repairs organized, giving us the ability to recall and describe in great detail work completed years ago on any of the 350+ commercial buildings in our portfolio. Their staff are ready by the phone to help when its needed.

    Cons: Each company operates differently, so the platform leaves repair descriptions and pricing open-ended. That can make building a material and repair catalog a bit of a task, but once you put in the effort, it comes together and works great.

    Overall: We’ve enjoyed growing alongside Centerpoint as they continue adding new features. Our clients are often hard-pressed to find another contractor in our area that matches the level of detail this software provides them.

    Pros: its user friendly and they are responsive sure but they don't actually resolve any issue that comes up and it is terrible

    Cons: THEY ALWAYS JUST SAY OH WE CANT DO ANYTHING WHERE IS THE SUPPORT LIKE IDEK - but any thing we ask for they don't actually fix it or resolve the issue.

    Overall: NO DO NOT RECOMMEND - simply pay a bit more and get a company that might actually address issues and will fix things as it arrises
