"If I could give zero stars, I would." Posted 2025-12-05
Pros: None that outweigh the frustration of using it long-term. Early on, it seems like it has potential—but that fades quickly.
Basic CRM functions exist (lead entry, customer notes, task reminders), but they are buried under layers of unnecessary complexity.
If you never need support, never plan to leave, and never need clean reporting, you might survive using it.
(That’s truly the only honest list of pros after years of paying for this platform.)Cons: Outrageous pricing for what you get. You’re paying premium CRM rates for a platform that feels a decade behind modern standards.
Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Emails go unanswered, support tickets vanish, and follow-through is almost laughably bad.
Extremely confusing, overbuilt, poorly structured UI. Every simple task takes multiple steps, reporting is convoluted, and nothing flows intuitively.
They hold your data hostage when you try to leave. The moment you cancel, suddenly your access becomes restricted, delayed, or impossible—forcing you to pay for additional months just to retrieve your own information.
Zero loyalty to long-term customers. After paying close to six figures over the years, I expected at least a baseline level of respect or communication. Instead, silence.
Completely unreliable lead handling. I ended up unable to get my new leads sent to me in any meaningful, usable format for weeks.
Feels like a trap, not a tool. A CRM should help your business grow—not actively hinder it or create operational chaos.Overall: After years of paying tens of thousands of dollars for Dealership Performance 360, I finally hit my breaking point this October. Between the ever-increasing cost, the complete lack of customer support, and a platform so convoluted it felt like a full-time job just to navigate, switching CRMs should have been a relief.

Instead, it turned into a hostage situation.
The moment I tried to leave, the company made it nearly impossible to retrieve my own data. I’ve now been forced to extend for an additional two months—not because I want to, but because they’ve effectively locked down years of leads, customers, and sales history. I am literally paying extra just to avoid losing everything my business has built inside their system.
And the best part?
They don’t even respond to emails anymore. Not a single one. After years of loyalty and enormous spend, the bare minimum I expected was basic communication. What I got instead was stonewalling, silence, and a support queue that may as well be a black hole.
The irony is almost impressive:
A CRM designed to help manage customers can’t even manage communication with its own.
If you’re a dealership considering this platform, do yourself a favor—run the other direction. The platform is dated, confusing, overpriced, and the customer service is essentially nonexistent. And once they have your data? Good luck getting it back without paying a ransom.
This company has mastered only one thing:
Making it as painful as possible to leave.
I regret every dollar spent, and I regret not switching sooner. -

"Worst CRM I've ever seen " Edited 2025-11-07
Pros: Use to work great up until 2024 Dec
The first call was great, sales guys was very friendly
Wish we'd read the terms and conditions!Cons: Doesn't have the A.i. they talk about
Most integration doesn't work
Will hold you data hostage when you can to cancel
Keeps Charging you even after you cancel
Canceling is extremely hard and expensive
We use them for a couple years, wont recommend to anyone
Interface is very locked down no export function of dataOverall: One of the worst software I've seen in years, heavy under delivers what they promised, got one of the hardest cancelation process I've ever seen from a software company. and to make matters worst they will hold your data hostage and keep charging you monthly even after you cancel. I'm not the only one, please do your research as there are more cases like mine out their and read their policy if you got doubts.

"Do not use this CRM!!!!!" Posted 2023-06-13
Pros: There is not one single pro about this company. The customer service is awful. They are a reminder to always read the fine print in every contract.
Cons: This CRM did not work for our company at all. It would not integrate with our website so it was completely useless. Several people tried to make it work and it never did. The unfortunate thing is we had to sign a year contract for about $300 a month before we found out that it didn't work. I figured that was just my fault for not checking into the company more so I knew I needed to honor the contract. Several months after I signed the contract, I received an email survey. I responded with my concerns and received a phone call from a representative. She asked if I would like to start the cancellation process and I said yes and that I understood it could not be cancelled until after a year. After my year contact ended I was still being charged. I called to follow up and was told that I never put my request in writing to cancel. I told them that I spoke with someone who told me that they were going to start the cancellation process so I didn't realize that I still had to put a cancellation request in. Surprisingly there was not a record of that phone call. I spoke mainly with Jesus who every phone call said that he was trying to help get my cancellation expedited, but that didn't happen and never was going to happen. So I put my cancellation in writing but I'm still paying for the CRM which is the biggest waste of money.
Overall: Awful experience that's still ongoing. I will never recommend them to anyone. If you do decide to use this company then make sure you ask a lot of questions so you don't have the same experience we did.

"Don't let them take your money" Posted 2022-08-30
Pros: There is absolutely nothing good about this company or service besides they are great at conning you to sign a contract. All the training they promised to get you to sign the contract is just to convince you to sign up.
Cons: DP360 is horrible. They promise you the world to get you to sign a contract and then nothing. Absolutely no customer service, never did schedule to show us how to use, and continue taking the money for the service. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!
Overall: DON'T LET THEM TAKE YOUR MONEY. All they want to do is get you to sign a contract so they can start charging you and nothing in return.
