Pros: The simplicity of the software and the ease of setup. You can also check your own personal statistics at any time.

Cons: The application has to run directly on the users desktop and cannot be setup under an administrative account and expected to keep track of the actual user logged into the machine. I attempted to use task scheduler to try and run it and it did not work.

Overall: An easy productivity tracking software program that I would recommend to other IT Professionals no matter what sector of the IT business.

Pros: Very stable, robust. Easy to install and setup. Provides excellent reports to keep our productivity intact during this uncertain WFH situation.

Cons: Don't see any Cons as such. Except still awaiting on a new feedback that I posted as a missing feature.

Overall: Very useful product and helping us in making sure our productivity is up to mark even during this pandemic and long WFH situation. Also I thank DeskTime team for providing a wonderful product at a very reasonable price .

Pros: Desktime really helps users track their time very easily with such an attractive and intuitive interface. The ability to customize a lot of the features and settings is the reason why we decided to go with Desktime.

Cons: Honestly none so far. Any setting I can think of is already there.

Overall: With so many people working from home now, it's easy to get distracted and lose focus. Desktime helped to address these concerns.

Pros: When we had employees working from home it allowed us to ensure that they were remaining productive. We are thankful for the easy reporting capabilities that the product has.

Cons: We are thankful for the opportunity to utilize the product. It would be nice if some of the features like schedules would be available in the basic package.

Overall: Overall our experience has been great! It met the needs we had at the time - especially at a time when we had to respond quickly to changing work arrangements.

Pros: Reporting works great, we love that you can go back and adjust your times as needed and mark them as productive, neutral, etc. This program is very user friendly also. Customer support has always been very friendly and great.

Cons: Sometimes DeskTime quits working randomly for some employees, but not too frequently.

Overall: We love DeskTime and all the features. It's become very useful for us to see just how our employees are spending their work days, who's most productive and efficient and who needs to be redirected.

Pros: 1) Data is well distributed between projects and teams.
2) The KPI cards are very meaningful and it lets you figure things out without getting into details pretty much.
3) Ability to go private when required.
4) Ability to request offline time.
5) Ability to define which apps are productive per team.
6) Daily reports to create a reward system sort of projection among managers as to who are the most productive employees.
7) View your own performance as well as standing with other resources in the company.
8) Ability to define and track resources who use unwanted, unethical websites or unproductive apps as well.

Cons: 1) Somehow, a tracking system among employees/resources is never really appreciated. Having an app run in the background and track you freaks most of the new joiners out post onboarding.
2) A little bit of complexity while dealing with reports.

Overall: As a project manager, desktime helps me figure out authenticity of the time invested by our resources in different projects and it helps me have a birds eye view on the actual efforts and productivity without having to do many things manually.
The automation that it brings in is really rewarding to me and i use at times as a performance measuring tool as well.

Pros: It helps you easy tracking your team members and make sure that every minute at work is completely productive

Cons: Nothing much it's perfect.

Overall: Productive tracker and the best one.

#3- Mobile version gives seamless time tracking and attendance management.
#4- Auto time tracking, no manual work needed.

Cons: #1- We had an overall positive experience with it.

Overall: It allows us to automatically track our work time. It also enables very powerful attendance and leaves record management. The homepage is easy to navigate and gives work and task time analytics.
