Pros: GoFrugal is the smartest technology that I have tried in my business. It is an amazing software that allows me to keep track of all the inventory available and save all the recipes. GoFrugal allows me to keep producing different orders while automatically updating the inventory every time a new order is produced, extracting the amount of ingredients used from the inventory and letting me know the availability of them.
I have been incredibly amazed by this tool and it has been a life saver, I like that it is very easy to use and to integrate into my business, setting everything up was relatively simple and did not feel very difficult, the interface is very clean and the tools are displayed correctly and easily visible for me to be kept updated while I work on other tasks. GoFrugal is very intuitive and has been able to help and calculate how many ingredients are needed, how much profit I will be making throughout the day, how much was spent on production costs and how much will be spent throughout the week based on past calculations, it is very easy to get an estimate of how much profit my business will be making, and generally, it is very easy to handle all bills because this is a reliable tool that does most of the work. It helps me understand a little bit better my recipe database and how much each product will cost, and when dropping out a new product, it helps me estimate production costs and how much it should be sold for to maximize profit, and it helps me understand how often should discounts be offered depending on the profit and on the current inventory, GoFrugal contains a very smart technology that benefits my business to the fullest and provides enough support for something as important as keeping track of an inventory.
Lastly, GoFrugal provides business analytics that are based on the orders made and provides great insights on how to produce smarter, without risking money or risking customers’ happiness, it analyzes different aspects of our inventory and generates amazing reports that help understand the state in which our business is currently in, and how we can operate our business in a more efficient and intuitive way to generate more orders and in result, more profit.Cons: The customer support is barely existent in GoFrugal, it takes a long time after reaching out to receive a reply. I have contacted them a few times after having questions about different settings in the software, but I haven’t received a quick reply for my questions and have had to solve them on my own. Of course, I have not had any issues beyond this, but the existence of a proper customer support service is necessary if anything serious were to happen with my data in the software, and this is a serious worry that I hope they improve in the future as it is an incredible software and it provides the right tools to manage this aspect of my business.
Overall: GoFrugal has been the backbone of our inventory organization, as it has given me the perfect tools to keep a total balance of the inventory, and it has been a reliable tool and a perfect help for business analytics, accompanying me during every stage of my business and giving me a helpful hand at understanding how the right management of inventory can mean a great improvement for a business. Thanks to GoFrugal, I have been able to make smarter decisions backed up by its analytics and its reports that tell me the different results of different business weeks in which our inventory varies because of different orders. I have been able to understand when to offer different discounts to my customers and why, and surprisingly, minimize our inventory ingredients in order to maximize profit in a more intelligent way, and it has worked for our business. I am really glad to have implemented this software into the business because I can have an easy display of everything that is happening in this aspect of the business and know when I am running out of ingredients and when I should get more ingredients, and when to just sit back and avoid food wastage, which is something no business likes when it happens.
