    Pros: The software was very intuitive. The matching system is incredibly easy to use.

    Cons: No real complaints. The design of the page could be better, it's a little bland, but that doesn't really matter.

    Overall: Excellent. I think this will make a big difference in my work.

    Pros: I love the holistic approach, the features are amazing and the support system is certainly easy to undersand

    Cons: I have not yet noticed any glitches since i have been using it.

    Overall: It is absolutely user friendly and easy to understand. One of the reasons why I preferred this compared to the others it is because Mentoring Complete takes everything into consideration. The questions asked are well intentional to ensure a successful match.

    Pros: Matches you with mentors automatically
    Can schedule meetings in the program, very quick
    Check-ins built into the software

    Cons: At first I wasn't sure how to use the software but it was fairly easy to learn.

    Overall: I'd never had a mentor before I had found Mentoring Complete, so I didn't really know what to do. However, using the Mentoring Complete software is really easy and straightforward. You can be automatically matched with a mentor and it has been amazing. The meetings with my mentor have been really beneficial for my career. With Mentoring Complete you can be paired with mentors that you wouldn’t otherwise connect with, that can really help you make connections and progress in your career.
