Microsoft Defender Antivirus

Pros: Microsoft Defender is a very good service to protect your computer in its entirety, the ability of this antivirus to work helps every corner of your computer to be protected, the best thing about all this is that this antivirus is pre-installed on all computers that have the Windows operating system, so you will not have any problem installing it. During my experience, I noticed several positive things such as:

- It is capable of detecting any threat within any removable drive that is connected to the computer, that means that your mobile phone is connected via USB, the antivirus will automatically carry out an inspection of that device, this function is very important and helps you maintain protected any device.

- You do not have to pay additional fees to use it, this antivirus is installed on all Windows operating systems, so you will not have to pay any additional fees to have your computer paid.

- It works perfectly, providing efficient security when browsing various web pages. It is capable of protecting your browsing on the Internet, blocking suspicious pages and irregular downloads from suspicious servers.

- The interface is easy to use, it is very basic and has options with easy access, all sections are also easy to access, the entire antivirus is very easy to use.

Cons: During my experience, you also didn't get many negative things about antivirus, although the vast majority of things and features that you didn't get were positive due to the effectiveness of this antivirus. The notable negative thing were:

- This antivirus sometimes blocked downloads that it did not have to block, sometimes I downloaded things or files from irregular servers, and it bothered me quite a bit that I could not download these files because there is automatically a block by the antivirus, this forced me to disable the shield temporarily, I think that the detection of Irregular Files in downloads should be a little more optimal.

- This antivirus does not have automated or scheduled scans within the computer, every time you need to scan the computer you have to do it manually, you cannot schedule the scan for a specific date or time.

Overall: I really thank this antivirus very much for belonging to the vast majority of computers within the company, in this sales sector this antivirus is present on all our computers in order to protect them from any threat that could put our business training at risk, I have I had a really good experience with this antivirus, although there are still things to implement within it, such as the scheduled scan, currently it is not possible to schedule scans for a specific time. In addition, you have to relax a bit the recognition of threats within the downloads of some browser. This antivirus has a lot of potential, I recommend it for any company due to the ease with which it can be used, you can use it and analyze your computer without previous experience.

Pros: I like that Microsoft Defender Antivirus is one of the free tools we have.

The software never lags and works from the background which is a plus.

Cons: My only concern with Microsoft Defender Antivirus is that it is only limited to Windows users. Everything else is great.
