    "AI voice assistant is a game changer"

    Pros: The AI voice assistant on My Country Mobile is quite useful. It answers simple questions from leads, takes calls around the clock, and even sets up appointments for me without me having to do anything. I set it up quickly, and it's caught a lot of questions that I would have missed otherwise. It feels like you have another team member.

    Cons: The voice tone options are good, but could add more accents

    Overall: For the last seven months, I've used My Country Mobile every day, and it's really helped my sales. Calls that work, easy to set up, and the AI really saves time. It's great for small business owners like me who have a lot to do.

    The interface is easy for new agents to get comfortable with, and onboarding required almost no training.

    Call recordings and transcriptions give our supervisors better clarity when reviewing conversations.

    Overall, the platform fits well into our daily workflow and supports the pace at which our team operates.

    Cons: The reporting section could use a bit more flexibility for custom data views.

    Overall: We run a mid-sized support team, and MCM helped cut down a huge chunk of manual work with auto-logging, accurate transcriptions, and clean CRM syncing. The system has been steady for us with no downtime so far, and overall it’s been a smooth upgrade for our daily operations
