Pros: The AI voice assistant on My Country Mobile is quite useful. It answers simple questions from leads, takes calls around the clock, and even sets up appointments for me without me having to do anything. I set it up quickly, and it's caught a lot of questions that I would have missed otherwise. It feels like you have another team member.
Cons: The voice tone options are good, but could add more accents
