Pros: This is absolutely the number one voip solution out of several other I have used so far. Onboarding was very smooth, simple and comprehensive. The client and admin portals are very intuitive and easy to use and offer all the necessary features for a great user experience and management. Their customer service is top notch and would always very swiftly resolve any issues.
Cons: For the moment, I cannot think of anything that I don't like.
Overall: 10/10 experience. Strongly recommend this service to any business or individual that needs such solutions!

Pros: I've been using Squaretalk for almost a month. It is a great service that helps the telemarketing team to dial more calls. The support is amazing, they go out of their way to fix your issues very quickly. It is highly recommended!
Cons: There are no sounds when a team member is making the calls. So, the team doesn't know if the system is dialing the number or not. We would like to see this call sound added.

Pros: We have been using Squaretalk for several years now, implementing the VoIP phone and logs that are incorporated into our CRM. It's very easy to use, and whenever we have had issues, the customer service is great. They respond quickly by email or telephone, and when needed with desktop sharing.
Cons: I don't really see cons to using the service. It's easy to use, and easy to top off the minutes allowed when needed instead of having to pay a flat amount each month whether we use the minutes or not.
Overall: Overall it's been a great experience and we'll continue using Squaretalk for our VoIP phone service for our business.

Pros: The systems is flawless we make 1000s of calls every week and everything runs like clockwork.
I can honestly say none of our agents have complained of a dropped line or bad signal same goes for our clients.
The support team and account managers are first class and nothing is to much trouble for them.Cons: The white labelling of IP addresses before access to systems can be a little frustrating.
Overall: We have used many VoIP providers over the years and hands down Squaretalk is the best at every aspect.
