    Pros: They have some nice integration with 11 labs which makes their service very promising, but it takes time to set it up.

    Cons: Awful support! I'm trying to close my account for two days. Why not add a simple cancel plan link or delete or unsubscribe?

    Overall: I will not utilize their service and will explore alternatives should I ever require a similar service. Remember to think twice before entering your credit card information.

    Pros: I thought this was going to be a great platform to develop my voice assistants but was sorely disappointed.

    Cons: Support is non-existent and documentation is extremely poor. I spent a lot of time setting up an assistant which was working ok. Then they had a developer conference and rolled out a lot of new features and EVERYTHING broke. I spent hours and hours trying to get it working again to no avail. Emailed them and was told the "bugs" would be fixed tomorrow... then tomorrow.. then tomorrow. REALLY FRUSTRATING.

    Overall: Vapi is too new and green. They seem to be prioritizing growth over performance making it a total waste of time.
