DeepScribe’s AI-powered scribe captures the natural conversation between a clinician and patient and automatically writes medical documentation, allowing clinicians to focus on patient care instead of note-taking. Through an easy-to-use mobile app, DeepScribe records the natural clinical encounter and transcribes it in real time. Our proprietary AI then extracts the medical information from the transcript, classifies it into a standard note, and then integrates that note directly into a clinician’s electronic health record system.
