I am a Pastoral and Wellness Counsellor who blends spiritual and holistic approaches with practical counselling to support emotional, mental and spiritual well‑being. I work with the whole person, honouring each client’s spiritual beliefs and personal values while using proven counselling techniques. My goal is to help you find balance, resilience and meaningful growth in a safe, respectful space.
