Sara noticed the groove on the coffee table, and she watched the drop of wine that she had spilled roll down the groove to the end of the table, where it dripped off and left a stain on her white rug. She wondered where the groove had come from.
She ran to the kitchen and grabbed the roll of paper towels to start wiping up the mess she had made. Who else would do it?
