So public speaking is over tomorrow. I must say this whole module was exactly how I imagined it. Short, new, presentations after presentations, different, loving, the usual and just the same routine everyday. I somehow feel welcomed into the class- like it’s where you really belong. I learned some new things about myself and I made new friendships. It’s been nice and the fact that the people in my class are friendly and unpretentious. More importantly, they are funny which is a huge plus, given how boring the lectures was.

Anyways, evd here I come.

I’m starting to believe that only hard work gets you far in life. All these years I’ve lived with my delusion that somehow everything always works out fine, but maybe that’s not true anymore (if it ever was to begin with). I decided to focus on everything happy. If it doesn’t work out, you know, that’s life. And if it does, I will feel like the luckiest person and relish in that moment of joy. I’m just going into 2010 with no expectations. Hold on to happiness. That’s the most important thing, I think, then everything else might fall into place.

This year’ll be awesome.
