Business of the Booth: Strategies for Farmers' Markets, Pop-ups, and Tradeshows
This workshop breaks down how small businesses and CPG brands can turn temporary selling spaces into reliable revenue engines. Attendees will learn how to choose the right markets and shows, prepare the materials that actually move product, and design booths that attract and convert real buyers. We will focus on practical setup, visual merchandising, staffing, and flow that work in tents, pop-ups, and exhibit halls. Participants will leave with a repeatable framework they can use to increase sales, improve brand presence, and grow beyond one weekend at a time.
