Thanks brother. Merry Christmas to you and your family.
Merry Christmas to you!
Thanks for sharing your sermon. Your delivery was passionate and beautifully accentuated this joyous season. Thanks, SlimJim. Merry Christmas to you and your beautiful family! 🙂
Thank you for watching the clip sister, merry Christmas!
I was wondering how you would link Obadiah to Christmas, but you connected it well through King Herod, an Edomite, and the slaughter of the innocents.
Thanks for listening to all of that!
I was blessed by the sermon, brother. Yes, we see the Jacob-Esau, Israelite-Edomite conflict continuing into and being fulfilled in Jesus’ incarnation and in His later ministry.
Thanks for listening to this! do you guys have Christmas Eve service tonight?
Yes, church had a Christmas Eve service, but I didn’t go. Did your church have a service tonight?
Thanks for this, brother. Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas
Started off Christmas morning today listening to this excellent sermon brother Jimmy! All of Scripture points to Christ. I like the two dimensional approach to investigating a biblical passage: backwards and forwards. Discovering the messianic prophecies and their fulfillment takes time, effort, familiarity with all of Holy Scripture and patience. Deeper dives into the text at times yield gems and nuggets of truth. Praise God and His Holy Word. Merry Christmas brother! 😀✝️✝️✝️📖🙏🕊️
Wow humbled to know you were listening to this on Christmas morning! Scripture is so amazing! Merry Christmas brother!!!!
Your love of God’s Word is obvious in this sermon, Pastor Jim. Thank you for sharing this. Any questions about whether this small book should be included in the canon are dispelled by your message. I liked how you outlined four points. It has been awhile since I’ve read Obadiah so this was right what the doctor ordered. The Holy Spirit worked through your words to bless me. God bless you.
Thank you for listening to this message Chris, I love all the small books in the Bible for the reason that you mention of how you see there’s a purpose why it exists in the cannon. I hope you had a blessed Christmas.
You’re welcome, Pastor Jim. I love all of the shorter books, too.
I had a blessed Christmas, thank you. I hope you had a blessed Christmas as well!
