We help our participants transition from classroom to career. Our process combines professional coaching, individual advising, Gallup CliftonStrengths training, and guidance before, during, and following the internship to offer an accelerated practical experience.

University Coursework
Most interns are in their final two years at university and have completed targeted academic coursework in their field. Interns may have previous work/internship experience and are looking to increase their skillset in the global marketplace.

Ready to Live & Work Abroad
AIFS Abroad preps each participant to live and intern in their host city. We want the focus to be on interacting with the city, host organization and its people. How do you use the Metro? We’ll show you. What about cultural work norms? We’ve got it covered!
