sono perfetti e sfiziosi per un aperitivo, una merenda o un pic-nic. Potete

Malgrado siamo ad Aprile inoltrato, qui da me il freddo è ancora pungente. Pertanto a cena una buona zuppa che scalda il corpo e l’anima ci sta tutta. Quella che vi propongo oggi è la pasta e ceci fatta però nella versione “toscana” con il nostro rigatino (ovvero la pancetta tesa) e il nostro olio bòno. La ricetta originale Toscana vorrebbe le tagliatelle spezzettate, io ho invece utilizzato della sfiziosa pasta mista che avevo acquistato qualche tempo fa per la pasta e patate.&lt;/div&gt;

Di cosa stiamo parlando? Dell’arista alla birra con miele e 
senape. Un gusto accattivante che a noi personalmente ricorda un piatto 
assaggiato nel nostro amato Tirolo. L’aroma della birra, il gusto dolce di un 
miele millefiori e la nota decisa della senape a condire un succulento pezzo di

Io sono sempre quella che arriva con l’ultimo treno e mi prendo ancora qualche giorno di tempo per postare la “produzione” pasquale. Oggi vi parlo delle Colombelle, così soffici e morbide non potevo non provare a farle, d’altronde si sa io sono sensibile a tutto ciò che morbido e burroso. Con questa dose ho fatto due stampi: uno da 750g e uno da 500g. Ovviamente per esigenze famigliari ho aggiunto una generosa dose di gocce di cioccolato, scorzette d’arancia candita e ho sostituito il liquore d’anice con del Vin Santo. Avendo fatto pezzature più grandi rispetto alla ricetta originale ho dovuto aumentare i tempi di cottura.&lt;br&gt;

“rinasce” l’appetito. Si arriva “affamati” dal digiuno della quaresima già
pregustando una tavola pasquale riccamente imbandita, per non parlare del
sostanzioso pranzo al sacco di pasquetta con la gita fuori porta. Il pranzo di
pasqua avviene sempre secondo la tradizione e uno dei piatti tradizionali della
pasqua campana è rappresentato proprio dal casatiello. Il casatiello è una
torta salata pasquale a base di pasta di pane, arricchita da salumi e formaggi.
Sapete da dove deriva il termine casatiello? Deriva da &amp;quot;caso&amp;quot; che in
dialetto napoletano vuole dire formaggio e infatti proprio il formaggio ben
saporito come il pecorino è il protagonista indiscusso di questa torta salata.
Non esiste &amp;quot;IL&amp;quot; casatiello ma ne esistono un’infinità di varianti che
cambiano da zona a zona e da famiglia a famiglia specie per quanto riguarda il
ripieno. Ottimo gustato sia caldo che freddo, la tradizione vuole che lo si
impasti il venerdì santo, lo si faccia lievitare tutta la notte e il sabato
venga cotto (meglio sarebbe nel forno a legna) per gustarlo la mattina di
Pasqua e a Pasquetta.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br&gt;

Era da qualche tempo che mi balenava per la testa l’idea di 
preparare una Smörgåstårta (ovvero una torta salata di tramezzini) e sabato 
questa idea non poteva più aspettare oltre pertanto avendo tutti gli ingredienti 
mi sono messa all’opera per stupire marito e figlio con un lunch goloso e dal 
famoso effetto “wow”. La decorazione è stata fatta velocemente - avevano fame! - 
e ricorda quei libri di cucina, vintage, tanto cari alle nostre mamme/nonne 
soprattutto quando dovevano preparare quei pranzi “eleganti” delle feste che 
riunivano tutta la famiglia.&lt;/div&gt;

Ieri il mio blog ha compiuto ben 9 anni!!! Ma io ero

Sono favolosi questi dolci francesi, tipici di Bordeaux. La particolarità sta nella cottura, l’esterno deve brunire e caramellare mentre l’interno deve rimanere morbido, cremoso. Buoni e delicatissimi, come solo i dolci francesi sanno essere, ottimi ad accompagnare il tè pomeridiano. E… stendo un velo pietoso sull’eretico di casa che li ha aperti in due ancora caldi e spalmati della “solita” Nutella.&lt;br&gt;
