Answer any or all of them at your own risk. 🎃👻

What is the worst Halloween costume you have ever worn?

What is the silliest thing that scares you?

Which horror movie villain do you sympathize with the most?

What is the best trick you pulled on someone on Halloween?

In a candy trade war, what candy do you keep no matter what and what candy do you get rid of?

What is the weirdest Halloween decoration you own?

Would you rather sleep in the basement of a real haunted house alone for one night or sleep in a cemetery alone for one night?

Would you rather be a ghost for a day or a witch?

You hear a noise in the attic: do you go toward the sound or do you leave the house immediately?

If you had to live in a Halloween movie, which one would you choose?

What is your favorite/least favorite thing about Halloween?

Fishface | 95 comments There are too many of these to choose from! Can't answer them all

Worst Halloween costume was definitely the cricket outfits we all wore to work one year. The legs totally did not work

If I was in a candy trade war, I'd absolutely keep Reese's Peanut Butter Cups and get rid of anything with coconut. blech! can't stand the stuff.

Haunted house basement or cemetery overnight? I'd take the cemetery because at least there I'd be in the open air and not trapped inside a musty basement. Also, there'd be plenty of tombstones to hide behind and I'd see when the sun comes up... hopefully. lol

Investigating a noise in the attic would be difficult because my house doesn't have much of an attic space. But... if I was going to have a look, I'd take a bunch of HA members with me. That way if it was a ghost we'd all be together to party with it. Fun!

Tammie P ℓօรƭเɳαɓօօҡ (reading_and_breathing) | 77 comments I'd rather sleep in a cemetery alone for one night.

I'd rather be a witch for a day.

If I hear a noise in the attic: I will NOT go toward the sound. I am leaving the house immediately.

SpookyStorySeeker | 17 comments Worst was the Phantom of the Opera

Corn fields scare me lol

I keep Reese's Pumpkins no matter what!

Weirdest decoration I own is a witch doll that sits perched on my book shelf.

I'd rather sleep in a cemetery alone.

I would leave the house immediately (done that before).

I would live in the worlds of The Nightmare Before Christmas.

My favorite thing are the costumes - but my least favorite thing....some costumes.

Erin *Proud Book Hoarder* (erinpaperbackstash) | 1026 comments Ugh I don't even remember most of my halloween costumes or have any that stands out as hating. Have some pictures of some as a kid but don't recall hating them.

Scary - tall grass and fields, especially at night. I'm always thinking of hidden snakes I will accidentally step on if I can't see them.

Hmmm on horror movie villain sympathizing. Probably Gill-man from Creature of the Black Lagoon. Can't the lonely creature just get some affection.

I have never been one to do tricks, although I was a brat with egging this one neighbor's mailbox and was never caught thankfully.

Favorite candy--- Alternates between reeces cups and those little hershey chocolate bars. I also love swedish and european liquor chocolate boxes.

What is the weirdest Halloween decoration you own? - Nothing weird really, I did collect the Burger King Scooby Doo trick or treaters this year if that counts.....

Would you rather sleep in the basement of a real haunted house alone for one night or sleep in a cemetery alone for one night? -- Cemetary - more room to run if need be

Would you rather be a ghost for a day or a witch? - Witch for sure depending on the type of witch

You hear a noise in the attic: do you go toward the sound or do you leave the house immediately? - Leave the house of course :D

What is your favorite/least favorite thing about Halloween? - Favorite, watching themed movies, reading themed books, friend gatherings. Least favorite thing is how much Halloween has been spoiled for kids now with too much trick or treating all month. By the time halloween night is around so many are not finding the night of costumes and trick or treating fun by this point, the trunk or treating and halloween for weeks of the month made it less special for their age group

Marie | 4075 comments What is the worst Halloween costume you have ever worn?

It wasn't the worst but it was hard on my face - I dressed up as Morticia from the Addams Family one year (I think I was 15 maybe) and the mask I wore for it made me break out in some kind of weird rash on my face. My mom had to take me to the family doctor to get treated. I threw the mask away.

What is the silliest thing that scares you?

Heights. I don't even like climbing ladders anymore - I have done it when I was younger if I had to get up on the roof of the house or something but since I have been older I cannot do it any longer.

Which horror movie villain do you sympathize with the most?

Pennywise - all he wants to do is give you a balloon and have a party. I mean seriously - how bad is that? lol

What is the best trick you pulled on someone on Halloween?

I don't remember pulling tricks on someone on Halloween but I do remember an incident around Halloween where my brother had sneaked into my parents house and I told him to hide in the closet where my dad kept his tools and stuff - when my dad opened the closet my brother jumped out scaring him half to death. lol We got scolded but my dad was a good guy - he didn't get too upset - it just got his heart racing is all. lol :)

In a candy trade war, what candy do you keep no matter what and what candy do you get rid of?

Keeper: Reeses Peanut Butter Cups for sure and Hershey candy bars

Toss out in the trash: Anything that is not those two candies above! LOL

What is the weirdest Halloween decoration you own?

I don't really own any Halloween stuff - the only thing I have is a Halloween ornament that someone sent me years ago.

Would you rather sleep in the basement of a real haunted house alone for one night or sleep in a cemetery alone for one night?

Sleep in the cemetery - open space to run to my car if I see or hear anything - lol!!

Would you rather be a ghost for a day or a witch?

A ghost - would love to ghost some people just to see their reaction! lol

You hear a noise in the attic: do you go toward the sound or do you leave the house immediately?

Depends on what kind of brave mood I am in - lol. If I am in the mood to investigate the noise then I will grab my baseball bat in one hand and flashlight in the other then go check out the noise. lol

By the way I have done exactly that years ago when I lived on my parents ranch - lol. I heard something outside at night - some kind of noise that I wasn't sure what it was so I grabbed my baseball bat, flashlight (I had a mega flashlight that would light up at least 5 to 10 yards) and I took one of my chow dogs with me to go check out the noise. I didn't find anything at that time but my chow dog kept growling so I knew there was something out there - the next morning I went back out there and I found like giant cat paw tracks - which I learned a few days later were black panther tracks.

If you had to live in a Halloween movie, which one would you choose?

The Shining - I wouldn't mind wandering around that hotel and seeing the sights. lol

What is your favorite/least favorite thing about Halloween?

Favorite thing: Watching Halloween themed movies, reading Halloween themed books, and eating lots of candy! lol

Least Favorite thing: Seeing Halloween stuff mixed in with other themed holidays as it just makes me feel sad that nothing can stay the same like it was when I was a kid.
