At Surry Hills, Dapcor delivered façade restoration and upgrade works across a six-storey residential building whilst carefully conserving its heritage values. - Restoration and replacement of 50+ heritage sash windows - Balcony upgrade, including waterproofing and tiling - Supply and installation of bespoke aluminium sliding and stacker door systems to penthouse units as part of a comprehensive door upgrade - Extensive heritage façade repainting and repairs with various means of access, including rope access. - Heritage façade recolouring in accordance with the approved development application. The project was completed in line with heritage requirements while enhancing long-term building performance.

At our Bondi Beach project, the original 1920s bricks were no longer in production. To save these Heritage balconies, we had to go back to basics, making our own custom bricks on-site.
