✨ 2025 was huge for Embrace! [Sound ON] We shipped game-changing features for mobile and web RUM, acquired SpeedCurve (now part of Embrace!) to bring best-in-class web performance under one roof, deepened our #OpenTelemetry contributions, and partnered with Chronosphere to advance user-focused #observability forward. Through it all, one thing stayed constant: our mission to help you build better experiences for your users. ❤️ Thanks to our customers and partners who made it all possible. Here's to 2026

At Embrace, our fiscal year concludes on January 31, making January a crucial month where the hard work from our team throughout the quarter and year is reflected. This past quarter, we achieved the highest revenue in any quarter in the company's history, with January alone surpassing our largest quarter ever. I am incredibly proud of the entire team. What matters most to me is that every fully ramped Account Executive finished the quarter at or above quota, achieving 100%+ attainment across the board. Everyone contributed significantly to our success, with our top AEs exceeding 200% of their targets. If you are a high-performing Account Executive looking to excel in 2026 and beyond, and you value: - Selling a product that addresses tough challenges and delivers real value to customers. - Being held to a high standard while receiving the support needed to succeed. - Engaging in meaningful deals with customers who care. Then we invite you to connect with us. We are building something incredible at Embrace, and we are just getting started. https://lnkd.in/eYFBSuxG

  • User Journeys just leveled up 🚀 We’ve expanded User Journeys into a fully operational, flow-level observability signal. Not just visualization, but something you can measure, monitor, and alert on. ▶️ Watch the walkthrough: https://hubs.la/Q0416XgH0 What’s new: • Turn user flows into custom metrics and KPIs • Monitor flow health in real time with dashboards and widgets • Alert on drops in completion, spikes in abandonment, or flow-level errors • Start and end flows using spans, logs, network events, views, taps, and more • Understand exactly why a flow ended, including crashes, timeouts, app exits, or overlaps This means your most critical flows like checkout, signup, or deposits are now first-class observability signals, tied directly into the tools your team already uses. If user experience is mission-critical for your app, this is a big step forward. 📍Learn more in this blog post: https://hubs.la/Q0416Yrt0 #Observability #OpenTelemetry

  • Mobile logs 🤝 backend observability stack We're excited to extend our data forwarding capabilities to now include logs! Easily set up Logs Forwarding in the Embrace platform and start seeing high-context mobile logs in your OTLP-compatible observability backend of choice, like Grafana Labs, honeycomb.io, Chronosphere. No more context switching. No more blind spots. What this unlocks: → Mobile + backend logs in one unified view → Cross-platform dashboards that show the full picture → Centralized alerting on mobile patterns → Advanced querying with your existing tools Powered by #OpenTelemetry. Zero vendor lock-in. Your mobile logs can finally live where your backend logs already do. 📍 Learn more & get started today → https://hubs.la/Q040zhxZ0 #MobileObservability #DevOps #Observability #OTel

  • ⛓️💥 Poor observability isn't a tooling problem. It's a business problem. When you can't see what's actually happening in production, the costs add up fast: → Users hit a broken checkout flow and never come back → Engineers spend 10+ hours debugging an issue that affects 0.3% of users → A bad experience tanks your app rating and destroys trust → Your team ships less because everyone's afraid of what might break Most teams only measure the first cost. But the hidden costs are often 10x bigger. What's the biggest cost of poor observability in your org? 👇 If you've ever tried to calculate the true cost of observability gaps, we want to hear your math.

ACQ Update - The untold story for any acquisition is how is it going 1, 2, 6 months in. Everyone loves the initial post and story - but Im always curious about whether the acq was the correct choice. For SpeedCurve (now part of Embrace!), our 2 month update - Generated over $1M in mutual AE-accepted pipeline in our target ICP - Expanded our first customer with RUM built on OTel. Synthetics + Diagnostics + Modern platform of OTel is our thesis! - Product continues to innovate : most recently released updates to synthetics to make it easier for people to hone in on the critical rendering path. Here is an analysis for Away - https://lnkd.in/grzNXtDK More updates to come! OpenTelemetry Embrace #SRE

  • Embrace wins the O11ys 2025 RUM Implementation Award 🎉 This one means a lot. The O11ys aren’t about declaring a single “best” observability platform. They spotlight real innovation and real impact across a fast-moving space. Being recognized for how well our RUM platform is designed, built, and applied in practice to help teams debug faster, improve performance, and ship better user experiences is a true honor. 💛 “Embrace are pioneers in mobile observability and this year they brought their obsession with the user experience to bear on browser observability. The result is a highly sophisticated and granular platform that not only provides exceptional visibility into user experience but can also integrate with third-party backends. Honeycomb, Dash0, New Relic, and others have all rolled out great RUM products but, for us, features such as User Journey Mapping just gave Embrace the edge.” Huge thanks to Observability 360 and John Hayes for the recognition. 📍 See all the O11ys winners here: https://lnkd.in/eB3Dg_Vt
