We are incredibly thankful to the Pacific Life Foundation for their generous grant supporting our on-campus case management services for students experiencing homelessness in Orange County.💚 Because of this support, we are able to place a dedicated case manager directly on a school campus, ensuring students have someone there every day to walk alongside them.🤝 From meeting basic needs to helping break down barriers that stand in the way of success, this support creates real pathways for students to reach their full potential.🤩 Together, we are working to end the cycle of homelessness, one child at a time. By listening to stories and bearing witness, Shelby’s participation reflects a belief that addressing homelessness requires more than data; it requires empathy, presence, and systems that truly care for people. Thank you to Trellis for bringing leaders together for an important conversation on Families in Crisis at the LCM City Leaders Gathering.💚 We’re honored that Allen G. The CoC serves as Orange County’s coordinated homelessness response, bringing together nonprofits, government agencies, educators, businesses, faith-based partners, and people with lived experience to align strategy, funding, and services for individuals and families experiencing homelessness. As a longtime advocate for youth and families, Shelby brings nearly 20 years of experience serving marginalized communities and a deep commitment to collaboration, data-driven impact, and dignified, youth-centered systems change.
