On stage today at Google's DACH partner event with Bosch discussing their agentic AI deployment; rumor has it, largest in EMEA for Google's platform. Honored to be on that stage with both Google and Bosch. Great panel with Bastian Kruse, Fabio Soricelli and Christopher Benecke. Funny how these things start. Early meetings, they'd cycle over to our office. Bosch e-bike motor, naturally. Local neighbors to "Bosch scale and speed" user deployment. That escalated. Three observations from the field. The Iceberg: Everyone sees the 30-minute agent build. Nobody sees the months making enterprise data agent-ready. The workbench is 10% of the work. Scale Through Community: You don't scale democratized AI through central control. You build internal networks of multipliers who help colleagues navigate what's possible. Community beats governance documents. The Implementation Triangle: Customer vision, platform capability, integration expertise. Three parties in a room, tight deadlines, complex systems. The technology is rarely the constraint. What struck me: Agents aren't replacing processes. They're filling gaps nobody knew how to close before. Manufacturing knowledge transfer. Technical diagnostics. Turning unstructured input into structured workflow. Agentic AI is different. It's not deploying software. It's changing how people work: one custom agent at a time.
