As a full admin or sub-admin with permissions to “Curate Content” you can curate videos in your Learning Management System (LMS) or Learning Experience Platform (LXP). This functionality allows you to select LinkedIn Learning videos to share with your LMS/LXP to promote bite-sized learning that aligns with your organizational objectives.

Share Videos
You can share single videos in these ways via the admin experience:
Search for Content, filter by Video:
- Click
More. - Select dropdown option Share with my LMS/LXP.
Within a Video:
- Go to the Table of Contents.
- Click
More. - Select dropdown option Share with my LMS/LXP.
Sharing a video will be shared to all LMS partners leveraging the LinkedIn Learning API. You cannot curate different videos with different LMS partners. (See Learn more section below to see more detail on Learning APIs.)

Unshare videos
You can stop sharing videos in these ways via the admin experience:
Within Content > “LMS/LXP Video Content”
- Select “Stop sharing” for each individual video.
Search for Content, filter by Video:
- Click
More. - Select dropdown option Share with my LMS/LXP.
Within a Video:
- Go to the Table of Contents.
- Click
More. - Select dropdown option Stop sharing with my LMS/LXP.

Check with your LMS
To confirm videos are being shared with your LMS, you can check:
- ...if the video is present within the LMS/LXP Video content tab.
- ...if the Stop sharing with your LMS button appears when you click More
from a specific video or within the video experience.
Important to know
The learner experience
When a learner clicks on a video within their LMS they will be taken to the video on the web, depending on the account settings, if the learner has enabled SSO (Single Sign On), they will have to login in before proceeding to watch the video.
The course will continue playing after the video is completed.
The learner may not see the video right away, as sharing and removal of videos is dependent on how the LMS provider pulls content from the LinkedIn Learning API. (See Learn more section below.)
