Anyone with access to LinkedIn Learning can recommend a course or learning path directly from the LinkedIn Learning interface. This approach is useful for managers or peers who want to share useful courses with colleagues, even if they don’t have admin access. (Admins can also use this method when browsing courses.)
To recommend or assign content from a course page on LinkedIn Learning:

From LinkedIn Learning, select
Browse.

Navigate to the course you'd like to share and select the
Share icon in the top right corner of the player. -
Select Recommend or assign.

In the Recommend or assign course popup, select one of the options under Choose action:
- Recommend course
- Assign course due on...

Under Choose learners and groups, enter the learner or group name(s) you'd like to include in your recommended or assigned content.

Click Recommend to recommend or assign content to your selected learners.
