Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Customer Project Manager to join our telecom delivery team. In this role, you will leverage your project and people management expertise to deliver high-quality wireless infrastructure projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional professionalism. The ideal candidate has strong telecom experience, proven customer-facing skills, and prior experience supporting T-Mobile / MagentaBuilt.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Project Manager, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer, interfacing daily
• Manage cross-functional teams including leasing, zoning, architecture & engineering, construction, integration, and optimization
• Define and manage project scope, schedule, cost, resources, risk, quality, and deliverables in collaboration with customers and internal leadership
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality metrics
• Forecast and actualize project data within the Site Tracker
• Perform project risk analysis and proactively manage changes in scope
• Identify potential project issues and develop contingency plans
• Negotiate with internal departments to secure required resources
• Assess staffing needs and support recruitment of additional staff or consultants as necessary
• Set and manage expectations with project team members and stakeholders
• Resolve conflicts and issues within the project team
• Prepare and deliver progress reports, proposals, documentation, and presentations to customers and management
• Define project success criteria and communicate them throughout the project lifecycle
• Build and maintain strong business relationships critical to project success
• Conduct project reviews and provide recommendations based on lessons learned
• Collect and apply best practices and tools for project execution and management
• Ensure compliance with all Information Security policies, including ISMS (ISO27001) requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of telecom experience, including site acquisition, construction, integration, and optimization
• Prior experience with the application MagentaBuilt
• OSHA 10 certification (minimum requirement)
• Strong commitment to safety in the work environment
• Strong customer-focused mindset
• Advanced project management knowledge across scope, schedule, cost, quality, risk, resource, and delivery management
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation to leadership
• Financial acumen, including budgeting, margin tracking, invoicing, and revenue recognition
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Outstanding work ethic with a commitment to excellence and high standards
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Strong judgment and decision-making abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced, changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
