Dear OIOA Members,

I am honored to serve as your 2026 OIOA President and I look forward to an exciting year with all of you. I encourage everyone to take a moment to connect with fellow members to share opportunities, experiences, and knowledge. 

I would like to welcome everyone to a new year and hope it is shaping up to be prosperous for you. I am also pleased to welcome our new board members, Kaylee Leedale and Larry Mackey. Your participation and input will no doubt be invaluable to the organization.

I know the weather has been challenging lately, and I hope everyone is taking care of themseleves.

I look forward to seeing you at the upcoming board meetings and at this year's conference, which will be held September 2-24, 2026, at the Marriott in Dublin, Ohio. Rest assured, our committee members are already hard at work organizing another top-notch conference. 

Your dedication to your chosen fields is the driving force behind our mission, and I sincerely appreciate each and everyone  of you.
