I’m not hearing the pharyngeals that I woulds expect from Afro-Asiatic, so I’d question the horn of Africa. I’m also not clearly hearing tones, which limits the potential for languages from other African families.
It’s clearly a Christian text, as is heard several times.
I suspect it’s east African Niger-Congo, but I could be wrong.
Based on the timbre of the voice I think this is a (non-Afro-Asiatic) language of Africa.
My first impression is something from the Horn of Africa i.e. Somalia or Djibouti.

The mystery language is Musey (Museyna), a Chadic language spoken in southern Chad.
So it is Afro-Asiatic after all! Without pharyngeals, though …
