hello there brown butter corn nut brittle cookie these ride that line of being too salty which is exactly what makes them so perfect!! not only are there corn nut brittle chunks in the cookie, but it’s also finely chopped into a dust to top the cookies with when they come out of the oven (along with flaky salt) which makes them next level imho get the molly baz inspired recipe on my substack at the link in my bio

miso walnut chocolate chip cookies recipe in @nicolaalamb Sift i love the method with the walnuts where you make a caramel with white miso, mirin and sugar, then fold the walnuts into it. i also love that the salt used in the recipe is flaky salt. the only change i made was the size of the cookie, nicola calls for making 5 huge cookies, but I simply couldn’t commit to a cookie that big so I divided the dough into 6 equal portions, and they’re still enormous! this is a super fun take on...
