Oven Baked Ribs: 2 slabs of spare ribs; 1c. light brown sugar; 1 Tbsp plus 2 tsp kosher salt; 4 tsp chili powder; 4 tsp garlic powder; 4 tsp onion powder; 4 tsp paprika; 2 tsp cumin; 1 tsp white pepper; ½ tsp cayenne pepper; ¼ tsp ground cloves.
